Academic

Admissions
Future students and agent counsellors can connect with the admissions team directly to send required documents and updates to aid in the application and admission process by emailing admissions@icmanitoba.ca
Finance
For new students who have questions about ways to make their initial deposit, our Finance team is available to help via email finance@icmanitoba.ca
Front desk
Students can connect with our front desk in person during business hours, by email reception@icmanitoba.ca, or by phone 204-474-8479. The front desk team can help with general enquiries, document requests or guidance on who to contact to best meet their needs.
Marketing and recruitment
Students interested in starting their ICM journey are encouraged to reach out to the Marketing and Recruitment team for more information about programs, the application process and next steps to becoming an ICM student. Agent counsellors and students who have recently applied are also welcome to email info@icmanitoba.ca
Student experience
Student experience is the team that helps with student engagement in extra-curricular activities, orientation, student leadership opportunities, workshops and other social events. To connect with the team, email student.experience@learning.icmanitoba.ca.
