Admission Requirements
Entry into UTP Stage II generally requires the successful completion of Year 12 of secondary school or its equivalent with overall and individual subject requirements depending on program. Specific minimum academic requirements are listed below*. Admissions assessments are based on an applicant’s complete academic record.

The minimum age requirement at ICM is 17 years old. Students must turn 17 by the last day of their first semester classes to be admitted.

Mathematics and Science Prerequisites
Enrolment in certain UTP Stage II (university level) math and science courses at ICM is subject to successfully completing Year 12 (or equivalent) in certain subjects with a minimum grade. Please refer to icmanitoba.ca/prequisites for full details.
Additional requirements for UTP Stage II: Engineering
You must have successfully completed physics, chemistry and mathematics (preferably calculus) at a Year 12 level (or equivalent) with a 75 percent average overall and a score of no less than 70 percent for any course.
